My Story
My path into People & Culture was built step by step.
I often found myself in rooms where few people looked like me, while watching my community navigate systems that were never designed for them. The turns that once felt like detours became the foundation of how I lead today.
Over the last 15 years, I built my experience from within — partnering with organizations, leaders, and teams through growth, uncertainty, and transformation.
EmberGlow was created to bring that experience back to people in a more human way: helping leaders grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.
