Along the way, one thing became clear:
Potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.
I saw talented people - particularly women - who had the ability to lead and grow, but not always the access, resources, or opportunities to move forward.
EmberGlow grew from a desire to help change that.
A place where strategy and humanity come together to help more people recognize what's possible and become what's next.
